extends java.lang.Object
    Formats a Calendar as a PDF date string (D:YYYYMMDDHHmmSSOHH'mm', ISO 32000-1 7.9.4) -- the format used for /Info's CreationDate/ ModDate entries. Mirrors the private formatter already used by com.pd4ml.pdf.sign.pdf.IncrementalPdfSigner for the same purpose, promoted here so PdfDocumentBase can share it rather than duplicating it.
